product
has

It
is

on

wholesale
basis

UK
Finance
Policy
product
is
“designed”
for
clients
developing
their
own
properties
who
despite
not
needing
a
UK
Finance
approved
policy
want
to
purchase
protection
against
structural defects in their property.
In
addition
clients
often
also
require
coverage
for
structures
such
as Swimming Pools that are excluded from UK Finance policies.
This
policy
is
a
new
development
in
the
market
and
is
also
offered
retrospectively subject to survey.
