Producing brokers who have developed a sufficient business flow will be assisted by the our specialist teams to design their own branded solution in order to generate more business.

CML Approved Latent Defects Insurance Commercial Latent Defects Insurance High Net-Worth NON CML LDI Policies CADIS provide access to each of these facilities through a single application form therefore allowing the producing broker to easily obtain a selection of insurance quotes and survey solutions. CADIS teams specialising in each product are available to help producing brokers understand these complex products and provide sufficient training to enable the client to be confident their broker understands their needs and that the broker identifies any cross-selling opportunities.

CML Approved Latent Defects Insurance

This product has been developed with an existing producing broker for CADIS MGA. It is available on a wholesale basis to other brokers to provide to their clients. The High Net-Worth Non UK Finance Policy product is “designed” for clients developing their own properties who despite not needing a UK Finance approved policy want to purchase protection against structural defects in their property. In addition clients often also require coverage for structures such as Swimming Pools that are excluded from UK Finance policies. This policy is a new development in the market and is also offered retrospectively subject to survey.
